Be carefull if you want to change to older carbs, there are following main-differences between BSS33 and 34:

1. Mainchannel is 34mm instead of 33mm at the older ones...
2. You will need the throttle position sensor. The 2004-ingnition-system may not work propper without....
3. Mainjet is #130 for 35KW and #135 fo 25KW (both carbs).
4. Jet Needle ist 5DH57 at 3rd position, Needle-Jet is P5m
5. Of course you need the right pistonvalve (for 25KW or 35KW)
6. You cannot use PVLCS with older carbs (built <1999), so problem of sudden rising of piston valve may occur...

I recommend you strongly not to use older parts in engines build after 2004! There are too many differences and it
is not easy to adjust and calibrate these parts to get a useable engine behaviour. May be you get a verry poor engine power and drive charakteristics....
It is possible - but only if you exactly know what you are doing.......

How you get full power (GS500(F) K4 and above, 35KW):

Change only mainjet to #130 and change piston valve (closed hole at the side) at both carbs - thats it.
