If you just want higher riser for your current handlebars,
open a thread in the Marketplace and post the picture from wiki so everybody knows which riser you want.
I guess the shipping to Italy will be more expensive than the risers...
So check out ebay.it. You know how the riser look like and I bet they´re offered right now.
If you want an even more comfortable position, you should change to a "superbike" handlebar.

There is a chrome or black steel handlebar included (aluminum is 10€ extra but you can choose the colour), the riser for mounting the handlebar and the longer brake line (different colours available, if you want the line coated it´s 5-10€ extra).
